As a private Chef on a luxury yacht, over 4 summer seasons,

I traveled the Mediterranean coastline and islands of Greece, Italy and France,

whilst also exploring the United Kingdom & Israel.

This is where the idea began.

With 15 years of experience, knowledge, a love for food

and for my home town of Daylesford, Diana was born.

Bringing a little bit of the Mediterranean Ethos

to your table in the Daylesford, Macedon Ranges.

Diana, the logo,

was established in the 1970s for my grandfather's business, drawing inspiration from an Art Deco statue they acquired in their early life.

The statue has been a treasured family artefact, prominently displayed in my grandparents' home.

The rebrand signifies a rebirth.

With the name Diana,

serving as a tribute to Roman mythology, where she is revered as the goddess of wild animals and the hunt, paralleling her Greek counterpart, Artemis.
